GEMSTONE Management offers full-service management for all types of Multifamily and Residential rental property, as well as Mixed-Use properties, in San Diego County. Utilizing cloud based management software Appfolio, we are able to handle all aspects of management, including leasing, renovations, maintenance and accounting.
