Svetlana received her Bachelor of Science in Economics in St Petersburg, Russia, before moving to San Diego, where she received her MBA at UCSD’s Rady School Of Business. Svetlana handles all bookkeeping and accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, and generating monthly reports from our PROPERTYWARE software. She handles all owner bank accounts, and all operations accounts, reconciling the books monthly. Svetlana works with the property managers to insure weekly updates on all repairs, balancing receipts with labor to record on owner’s statements. Having worked in the banking industry, as well as a larger, corporate atmosphere, Svetlana carries herself with a great integrity and work ethic that makes our owners feel quite safe and secure that their accounts are being managed by a high degree of professionalism.
