Joseph Bunton began his career as a remodeling contractor, handling all remodeling and turnover requests of a group of licensed realtors’ investor clients, including his twin brother, John Bunton’s real estate clients. His primary job was to evaluate an investment property and assess what costs would require it to be operationally sound. Over ten years, John Bunton would hand invetstor clients to Joseph who would renovate the properties and manage them. Then, Joseph and John Bunton invested in and renovated their own properties. Gradually, Joseph Bunton began building new SFR units both with his brother and independently, including a 54 unit subdivision called VISION LAKE HOMES, where Joseph Bunton designed, engineered, made roads and cleared land building the lots, then construction SFR homes for sale. Joseph has built and purchased his own units and knows the work that goes in to maintaining a functioning unit, while maximizing the income.
