Denise has handled Gemstone’s SDSU portfolio of properties exclusively for 10 years and is the director of operatations for all other property managers, including overseeing all summer turnovers, and general maintenance requests. She is a lead leasing agent who is dedicated to bringing our clients the best dollars for their property. She holds a Real Estate license under Joshua Bunton’s brokerage, as well as her license as a property manager. In addition, Denise knows the north county real estate and property management area and can assist in any new accounts.
